W/C 20th November

The School Council have been extremely busy assisting Mrs. Hoyle with the upcoming Christmas Fair. The children have been organising your very kind donations and are looking forward to helping at the fair. Children have made suggestions and ideas they would like to see the funds help towards. They have also sent a list of ideas to Mrs. Ostmeier for further discussion.

29th September - Results are in!

Today the children were given the results of the election. St. Anne's would like to congratulate all candidates and would especially like to thank the non elected candidates for all their hard work. The unsuccessful children were presented with a Waterstones book voucher. The elected candidates were awarded with prestigious School Council badges.

Polling Day - 28th September

Today was election day at St. Anne's, where all the children visited the polling station for the first time. The polling station was run by Head of Security - Mr. Walsh. Mrs. Holt gave each child a ballot paper to take into the voting booth, where they voted for the candidate of their choice. There was an air of excitement today and the voice of each child was heard.
